At Ads2Core ("Company"), we value our customers and are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services, including Affiliate Marketing, SEO, E-commerce, Web Development, and Business Consultancy. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.
Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Customers may request the cancellation of a subscription plan within the cancellation window specified below.
- Cancellations are accepted only if initiated by the subscriber or the individual who purchased the plan, subject to verification.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ads2core.com.
Cancellation Window:
- Monthly Subscription Plans: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Yearly Subscription Plans: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Cancellations requested after the specified window will not be eligible for a refund, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be Credited within 10-15 working days after approval of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Applicable cancellation charges, administrative fees, and any non-refundable amounts will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the original payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed according to the gateway's refund policy.
Non-refundable Services:
- Setup fees, administrative charges, and consultancy fees are non-refundable.
- Any work already completed before the cancellation request will be deducted from the refund.
- Government-imposed taxes and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation of Promotional Offers:
- Subscriptions purchased under discount offers or promotional schemes will result in the forfeiture of any promotional benefits if canceled.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the original service price without the discount.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases such as legal obligations, technical failures, or force majeure events, the Company may consider refunds outside the standard cancellation window at its sole discretion.
